You will monitor performance, perform inspections, and coordinate with maintenance teams, following safety standards and site procedures. A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience and a high school diploma or GED are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience in gas turbine operations or power generation environments.
• Experience in oil and gas field operations is preferred.
• Ability to read electrical diagrams and operating procedures.

Responsabilités

• Operate and monitor turbine-driven power generation equipment in frac/e-frac and oil & gas field operations.
• Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance to support reliability.
• Monitor generator performance, electrical distribution systems, and alarms.
• Identify abnormal conditions and communicate issues to supervisors.
• Support startup, shutdown, load management, and transitions per procedures.
• Maintain operating logs, inspection records, and shift reports.
• Collaborate with field operations, maintenance, engineering, and control room personnel to minimize downtime.
