Job summary

ProPetro Services, Inc. in Midland, TX seeks a Turbine Operator for PROPWR to operate and maintain turbine packages used in power generation.

You will monitor control panels, coordinate with the Remote Operations Center, and ensure safe, continuous operations. Responsibilities include verifying daily logs, leading troubleshooting efforts, and ensuring equipment readiness after shut-down events, while adhering to HSE policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of gas turbine operations or electrical experience.
• Ability to read electrical drawings and schematics.
• Willingness to work 12+ hour shifts including days, nights, weekends.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor turbine packages and related equipment to ensure safe, efficient power generation.
• Monitor control panels, gauges, and instruments; respond to abnormal conditions.
• Coordinate with Remote Operations Center for fault-finding and troubleshooting.
• Verify and document operational logs; maintain records of maintenance activities.
• Assist with installation, commissioning, and performance improvements of assets.
• Adhere to Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies and wear PPE.
