Atmos Energy Corporation is seeking a field construction professional in Texas to coordinate natural gas system projects, working with internal teams and external contractors to ensure safe, cost-effective and timely completion.

The role requires operator qualifications, a valid driver’s license (CDL may be required) and adherence to safety standards, with emphasis on communication and teamwork in diverse field conditions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with four years natural gas construction and maintenance experience.
• Must have and maintain Operator Qualifications (OQs) and required training.
• Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license; CDL may be required; welding certificate may be required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate activities to accomplish natural gas system projects with internal resources and external contractors.
• Monitor and assure projects are completed safely, cost-effectively, and on time.
• Serve as contact for internal and external customers during construction phases.
• Act as liaison between company resources, contractors, regulators, and vendors.
• Review materials usage and related invoices for accuracy.
• Maintain knowledge of current construction techniques, materials, standards, and regulations.
