Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; four years of natural gas construction or pipeline operations experience.
• Must have or obtain Operator Qualifications (OQs) and a Competent Person certificate within six months.
• Valid driver's license; CDL may be required; welding certificate may be required.
• Basic computer skills to use data entry and reporting software.
• Strong communication skills with internal/external customers.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates activities to accomplish natural gas system projects with internal resources and external contractors.
• Monitors project safety, cost-effectiveness and timely completion.
• Serves as contact for customers during construction phase.
• Maintains liaison between Company, contractors, government agencies and vendors.
• Reviews materials usage and related invoices for accuracy.
• Completes records and reports to comply with Company and regulatory requirements.
• Responds to emergencies as needed.
