Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on experience in natural gas distribution inspection and field procedures.
• Strong documentation discipline and ability to report findings clearly.
• Ability to travel to multiple job sites with a valid driver's license.
• Experience interacting with utility reps and regulatory authorities.

Responsibilities

• Observe and document construction activities for compliance with standards and regulations.
• Act as liaison between Company, contractors, and stakeholders to support project execution.
• Monitor site conditions, safety practices, and overall appearance.
• Verify qualifications and certifications of construction personnel.
• Review field locates and excavation practices to prevent damage.
• Inspect pipe installation, trenching, and backfilling for depth and materials.
• Document pressure testing and specialized construction activities.
• Ensure adherence to specifications and proper installation techniques.
• Track and verify material deliveries; collect GPS data and field photos.
• Capture changes to design with redlines and support as-built records.
• Complete daily inspection reports and flag deficiencies in real time.
• Support post-construction verification, restoration, and final inspections.
