Qualifications

• Strong customer-facing skills and high emotional intelligence.
• Mechanical aptitude; garage door experience is helpful but not required.
• Sales confidence without a pushy style.
• Comfortable being measured on performance, quality, and customer outcomes.
• Must be able to pass a background check after a conditional offer.

Responsibilities

• Run residential service and repair calls in the field.
• Inspect garage door systems and identify safety/performance concerns.
• Explain findings and present repair or replacement options.
• Complete repairs and installations cleanly, efficiently, and correctly.
• Enroll customers in maintenance plans when appropriate.
• Generate positive customer experiences, reviews, and repeat business.
• Document work accurately and communicate with the office team.
