Job summary

TAIT & Associates, Inc. is hiring Petroleum Service Technicians to test, maintain, and repair refueling equipment while ensuring regulatory compliance for UST/AST systems. You’ll work at gas stations, marinas, airports, and more, with training provided to advance your skills.

You’ll travel 50–75% after initial training, lead projects, mentor teammates, and represent TAIT professionally. A background in petroleum/mechanical or environmental services and ICC UST/AST certification are preferred.

Qualifications

• 2-4+ years in petroleum, mechanical, or environmental services.
• Valid ICC UST/AST certification and Veeder Root Install/Removal certification.
• Willingness to travel 50-75% after training and lead projects when needed.

Responsibilities

• Complete required training, including 40-hour HAZWOPER.
• Test and maintain compliance for UST/AST systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair petroleum equipment and systems.
• Submit reports and timecards using our digital system.
• Communicate with clients and represent TAIT professionally.
• Work independently and follow all safety protocols.
