Job summary

Foster Fuels, a national fuel distribution and service provider, has an opening for a Fuel Quality Technician based out of our Brookneal headquarters. The role involves testing fuel samples, ensuring quality, and supporting cleaning and filtration operations at customer sites, with travel across the United States.

Candidates should demonstrate problem solving, the ability to work independently or in a team, and strong computer skills.

Qualifications

• Must have High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to obtain a US Passport within six months.
• Must have or be able to obtain a Class A or B CDL with Tanker and Hazmat endorsements within three months.

Responsibilities

• Pull samples from fuel storage tanks and test fuel quality.
• Assist with cleaning and filtration operations at customer sites.
• Lead fuel cleaning and filtration operations at customer sites.
• Provide Fuel Quality Service Work.
• Maintain records and process paperwork related to service work including reports and data entry.
