Job summary

Independence Excavating, Inc. is seeking a Fuel Lube Technician to join our team. The role involves setting up a fuel route, greasing and topping off fluids on equipment, and maintaining records.

Travel to various job sites and adherence to DOT regulations are required. The ideal candidate will have CDL Class B with tanker and HazMat endorsements (or willingness to obtain), be able to drive manual and automatic transmissions, and work extended hours outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Must have Class B CDL with tanker and HazMat endorsements, or willingness to obtain one, and a clean driving record.
• Must be able to travel to various job sites.
• Must follow all safety practices and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Set up and carry out a fuel route while greasing and topping off fluids on vehicles and equipment.
• Prepares and maintains records and reports.
• Wet line fueling equipment experience.
• Comply with ALL D.O.T rules and regulations.
• Other duties as assigned.
