Job summary

Heritage Distribution Holdings seeks an FP&A Manager to drive planning, forecasting, and reporting, partnering with leadership and field operations. The role emphasizes actionable analytics and technology-enabled solutions to improve performance.

The successful candidate will build and maintain reporting infrastructure, support AOP cycles, and deliver executive and board materials, with a focus on automation and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of progressive FP&A, corporate finance, or financial analysis experience.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting.
• Experience in multi-entity organizations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) process and branch targets.
• Maintain quarterly and rolling forecast processes to improve forecast accuracy.
• Develop and maintain inventory forecasting and monthly inventory review processes.
• Produce monthly P&L reporting and KPI dashboards.
• Prepare board reporting packages and executive summaries.
• Identify opportunities to automate reporting and analytics using AI and technology.
• Collaborate with operations, purchasing, sales, and field leadership to improve data-driven decision making.
