Job summary

Coach, a global fashion house based in New York, seeks a finance professional to support forecasting, budgeting, and financial analysis across business partners. This role collaborates with Marketing, Store Operations and Facilities to drive performance and cost efficiency.

The candidate should have a strong background in driver-based forecasting, P&L management, and advanced Excel/PowerPoint skills. Prior SAP and PBCS knowledge is desirable for effective reporting and planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or other related field.
• 2-5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of SAP and PBCS desirable.
• P&L budgeting/forecasting experience with driver-based forecasts.

Responsibilities

• Forecasting and close management: assist in managing accurate financial forecast models; refresh models with business partners.
• Business performance analysis: explain variances, trends, and drivers; prepare ad hoc reporting.
• Cross-functional partnership: support Marketing, Transportation, Store Construction, Customer Care, Facilities, and Lease teams.
• Cost optimization: identify cost-saving opportunities and improve expense management.
