The role involves troubleshooting job-site issues, supervising training, and mentoring employees and contractors on company standards.

You will oversee planning, safety, and customer relations while ensuring efficient, compliant crew performance and reporting.

Qualificações

• Must read and interpret drawings and symbols for lines and equipment.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills are required.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• No fear of heights is required.
• Must be able to safely drive an approved company vehicle.
• Ability to work with hands above head for extended periods.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, coordinate, and assign daily crew work from management orders.
• Conduct field training and retraining for crew on new or revised tasks.
• Enforce safety practices per policies and OSHA guidance.
• Discuss access, work scope, and property issues with owners/customers.
• Obtain consent from property owners before performing work.
• Maintain good customer relations and professional conduct on site.
• Maintain crew records, timesheets, and activity reports.
• Control crew costs and optimize use of resources and equipment.
• Provide reports on orders, units completed, and incidents as needed.
