Qualifications

• Must understand drawings and symbols representing lines, voltages, line equipment.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Organizational ability with multi-tasking capacity.
• Able to travel for storm work and operate a company vehicle.
• Able to work with hands above head and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Plans, coordinates, and assigns daily work for the crew after orders.
• Conducts field training and retraining on job units.
• Enforces safe work practices per OSHA and company policy.
• Discusses access issues with customers and coordinates with supervisor.
• Maintains records, timesheets, and crew reports.
• Controlling crew costs and reporting incidents as needed.
