Job summary

TTI Environmental, Inc. is seeking a Field Foreman to lead field crews across multi-site projects. This role is field-based, requiring hands-on leadership in excavation, piping installation, equipment setting, and concrete work.

The candidate must ensure safety, quality, and production while coordinating with project managers and clients. The ideal candidate has at least two years of relevant field experience, knowledge of piping systems, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of field construction or mechanical installation experience.
• Experience with piping systems, equipment installation, excavation and concrete work.
• Exceptional safety and quality mindset; ability to lead and supervise field crews.

Responsibilities

• Actively participate in daily field construction activities (excavation, trenching, piping installation, equipment setting).
• Lead by example to ensure productivity, quality and schedules.
• Supervise, direct and mentor field personnel and subcontractors.
• Interpret project specifications, drawings and plans to execute scope.
• Coordinate with project managers, clients, inspectors, vendors and subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA standards and company safety policies.
• Maintain daily field reports, time tracking and documentation.
• Manage site logistics, equipment utilization and material coordination.
