Job summary

Omega Morgan, Inc. seeks an experienced Foreman to organize field work, lead crews, and keep safety at the center of every decision. You’ll assign tasks, supervise field crews, plan daily work, and enforce safety policies at customer sites.

Strong rigging knowledge and ability to read and create drawings are essential. Travel and overtime may be required. Responsibilities include training personnel, addressing performance issues, and ensuring projects are completed safely and efficiently in

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent education/experience.
• 4–5 years of related experience or training.
• Strong knowledge of rigging practices.
• Ability to read and create drawings and lifting plans.
• Ability to lead and prioritize crew work.
• Ability to enforce safety procedures.
• Ability to travel, work out of town, weekends and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Assign employees to specific tasks based on job needs and crew strengths.
• Directly supervise field crews.
• Plan, assign, and direct daily work.
• Enforce Omega Morgan safety policies and procedures.
• Train and develop employees.
• Address performance, crew, and field issues as they arise.
• Use basic and advanced rigging techniques.
• Read and create drawings and lifting plans.
• Understand tools and equipment required for the work.
• Operate tractor-trailers and other equipment where qualified.
• Work at customer sites.
• Help ensure projects are completed safely and efficiently.
