Job summary

KS Industries, LLC is seeking a General Foreman to lead field crews on oilfield construction projects across North Dakota. You will supervise scheduling, workforce planning, and ensure safety while consistently applying KS policies and procedures.

Responsibilities include coordinating manpower, managing resources, maintaining quality and production, conducting safety training, and communicating with customers and partners.

Qualifications

• 3 years of industry experience with knowledge of field tools.
• Experience with oil clean-ups.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and job specifications.
• Strong leadership and safety-focused mindset.
• Proficient in English communication.

Responsibilities

• Regular and reliable attendance.
• Prepared and on time for scheduled shift with proper PPE.
• Must possess a current and valid Driver License with clean driving record.
• Assist crew to perform job safely and efficiently; use scope and risk management tools.
• Manage resources (people, tools, equipment) and request manpower as needed.
• Evaluate crew capabilities and provide foreman-like training and coaching.
• Communicate with crew to set and maintain standards and morale.
• Resolve conflicts and take appropriate personnel actions.
• Conduct safety audits and facilitate training delivery.
• Respond promptly to safety issues and implement corrective actions.
• Oversee execution of work, quality and production.
• Understand drawings and ensure work follows specs.
