Job summary

Great Place Construction is seeking a Project Foreman to supervise field labor forces on-site in Sioux Falls, SD. The role emphasizes leadership, coordination of materials and manpower, and ensuring safety and quality in daily operations.

You will guide a diverse crew, read project documents, and collaborate with the supervisory team to meet deadlines. A strong communicator with 3+ years in construction and 1 year in leadership is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of related construction experience, with 1 year in a leadership role.
• Ability to read and interpret project documents.
• Valid driver's license and good driving record.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision, guidance and instruction to the field team.
• Lead production with a focus on quality and safety and understanding project information and policies.
• Provide leadership, training and coaching to team members.
• Communicate with the site supervision team to meet daily project demands and schedule.
• Facilitate processes by coordinating materials, equipment and manpower.
• Actively participate in elevating the project team and expanding knowledge and responsibility.
• Willingness to do whatever it takes to deliver a successful outcome.
• Multiple specialties available including concrete, carpentry, etc.
