• Strong scheduling, planning, and workforce management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily field operations for assigned projects.
• Supervise craft professionals, subcontractors, and field personnel to ensure successful project execution.
• Provide practical and technical direction related to project scope and installation activities.
• Adhere to project schedules and drive timely completion within budget expectations.
• Maintain close communication with Project Management regarding budgets and progress.
• Develop and execute a project Master Plan to support field success.
• Execute, supervise, and maintain project planning and scheduling activities.
• Develop and manage daily, weekly, and short-interval work plans.
• Coordinate material, tool, and equipment requisitions to support productivity.
• Ensure quality craftsmanship and installation excellence.
• Monitor workforce performance and maintain productivity and accountability.
• Promote, mentor, and develop employees at all trade levels.
• Ensure compliance with codes, specifications, and safety standards.
