Interstates is seeking a Field Leader to oversee on-site crews on industrial electrical projects near Fort Collins, CO. You will lead 3–15 team members, coordinate with field staff and clients, and uphold stringent safety standards.

The role requires on-site leadership experience, a journeyman electrician’s license, and a commitment to building a strong team culture while delivering projects on time and within budget.

Formación

• Desire and experience on-site industrial electrical projects.
• Experience leading a crew.
• Desire to build a strong team and culture.
• Must hold a state-issued journeyman electrician’s license (or equivalent).

Responsabilidades

• Lead a team of 3-15 people in the field, with on-tools work if needed.
• On-site teamwork with crew, manage projects, communicate needs, uphold safety.
• Maintain budgets and build relationships with clients.
• Set safety tone and participate in Interstates safety program.
• Coordinate with foremen and superintendents to keep projects on track.
• Collaborate with I&E, service, and maintenance teams for performance.
• Ensure knowledge of electrical and construction aspects across the project.
