Job summary

Prime Controls, L.P. is seeking a Foreman to lead field crews in installation, testing, and commissioning of instrumentation, control systems, and electrical components. You will coordinate with superintendents and project managers to complete projects safely and on schedule.

The role requires 3+ years in electrical/IC field work, and leadership experience. Ideal candidates understand NEC/OSHA and hold Journeyman/Master Electrician licenses; bilingual skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of electrical, controls, or I&C field installation experience.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience on a construction or field site.
• Strong knowledge of electrical drawings, P&IDs, and wiring diagrams.
• Ability to lead crews, maintain productivity and safety on site.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with NEC and OSHA safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a crew of technicians or electricians on job site tasks.
• Interpret and implement construction drawings, specifications, and schedules.
• Plan daily activities and delegate tasks to meet project timelines.
• Monitor the quality of work and ensure safety and standards.
• Coordinate with project managers and superintendents on scheduling, materials, and change orders.
• Troubleshoot and resolve field issues related to instrumentation, controls, or electrical work.
• Serve as the primary on-site contact for assigned crew.
