Job summary

Prime Controls is seeking a Foreman to lead field crews in the installation, testing, and commissioning of instrumentation, control systems and electrical components at US-AZ-Mesa. You will coordinate with superintendents, project managers, and safety personnel to deliver projects safely, on time, and to specifications.

The role requires 3+ years in electrical, controls, or I&C field install, strong leadership, and knowledge of electrical drawings.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in electrical, controls, or I&C field installation work.
Proven leadership or supervisory experience in construction or field environment.
Strong knowledge of electrical and instrumentation drawings, P&IDs, and wiring diagrams.

Responsibilities

Supervise and lead a crew of technicians or electricians on job site tasks.
Interpret and implement construction drawings, specifications, and schedules.
Plan daily activities and delegate tasks to meet project timelines.
Monitor the quality of work and ensure it meets company and customer standards.
Conduct job site safety meetings and enforce safety policies.
Maintain records of labor, materials, and progress.
Coordinate with project managers and superintendents on scheduling and changes.
Troubleshoot and resolve field issues related to instrumentation, controls, or electrical work.
Serve as the on-site point of contact for the crew.
