Qualifications

• Willingness to jump in and help when the team needs it.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Are you the person other HVAC technicians call when they can't figure something out?

Sila Boston is looking for an experienced HVAC professional who is ready to take the next step into field leadership. This is a hands‑on leadership role for someone who knows the trade, enjoys helping other technicians succeed, and can keep multiple jobs moving in the right direction.

As our Field Foreman, you'll serve as a key resource for our HVAC technicians in the field. You'll help troubleshoot complex issues, provide technical guidance, coordinate jobs and manpower, and make sure our customers receive the level of quality and service they expect from Sila.

This isn't a desk job. We're looking for someone who wants to lead from the field and stay connected to the trade.
