Job summary

Circle K in Alaska is seeking a Store FSQA Trainer to oversee training of store teams on current and new product offerings, with emphasis on Food Safety and Quality Assurance to meet FSQA and HACCP requirements.

You will supervise new store openings and remodels, perform regular store visits on a set schedule to monitor compliance, troubleshoot equipment issues, and partner with district managers to improve performance and adherence to standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience with food service and HACCP is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise training of store teams on current and new product offerings with emphasis on Food Safety and Quality Assurance to ensure FSQA and HACCP regulatory requirements are met.
• Visits to stores on a set schedule to monitor FSQA compliance and provide solutions during each visit.
• Collaborates with category managers, BU leadership, store leadership, food service vendors and merchant experts to ensure training materials are current and effective.
