World Class Office Installers specializes in commercial furniture installation, office relocations, reconfigurations, decommissioning projects, and architectural wall systems throughout Nebraska and surrounding states. We are seeking a hands-on leader who can bridge the gap between the office and the field while helping scale our operations and customer relationships.

Job Description:

This is a hybrid leadership role that combines field operations management, customer relationship management, estimating, and business development. Approximately 60-70% of time will be spent visiting active job sites, supporting installation crews, meeting with customers, conducting site walks, resolving issues, and ensuring quality standards. The remaining time will be spent in the office assisting with project planning, quoting, scheduling, client outreach, and operational improvement initiatives. This role is based in Omaha, NE, with frequent regional travel required.

Key Responsibilities

• Travel regularly to active project sites to monitor progress, quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for field issues and project challenges.
• Work directly with installers, lead installers, customers, vendors, and subcontractors to resolve conflicts and maintain project momentum.
• Conduct project kickoffs, site walks, project reviews, and final walkthroughs.
• Verify installations meet company standards, manufacturer specifications, and customer expectations.
• Coordinate labor resources, scheduling adjustments, and project priorities.
• Review labor productivity, monitor project performance, and assist with job costing analysis.
• Prepare and review project estimates, labor budgets, and installation proposals.
• Assist with quoting commercial furniture installation, office relocation, and architectural wall projects.
• Build relationships with existing customers while supporting new business development efforts.
• Perform customer follow-up calls, client outreach, and account development activities.
• Collaborate with company leadership on operational improvements and growth initiatives.

Salary

Pay ranges from $60,000-$65,000 annually, depending on experience, plus:
