Qualifications

• 7+ years of commercial construction experience with demonstrated expertise in both preconstruction management and hands-on estimating.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field is preferred.
• Experience with complex commercial construction projects and mentoring junior estimators.

Responsabilités

• Lead preconstruction and estimating efforts across multiple commercial construction projects.
• Prepare, review, and validate detailed cost estimates, budgets, and pricing proposals.
• Analyze drawings, specs, and project requirements to determine scope and costs.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, owners, and internal teams.
• Identify risks, gaps, and cost-saving opportunities and develop VE recommendations.
• Coordinate subcontractor bidding and evaluate proposals.
