Job summary

Next150 Construction is seeking a motivated Construction Engineer to support project teams on Cleveland, Columbus and Sidney jobs. The role sits primarily on the job site, coordinating information, logs, schedules, and cost reports with field crews and project management.

Travel to trainings and office may be required. You will partner with Project Managers, develop scopes of work, and use CMiC, Bluebeam and Procore to keep field reporting, labor tracking, and equipment logs up to date.

Qualifications

• BS or MS in Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• 2–6 years with a large trade contractor or GC.
• OSHA 10-hour required; OSHA 30-hour preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and distribute project information with the Project Manager.
• Maintain real-time contract document logs.
• Prepare status reports on RFIs, submittals, and other docs.
• Develop change management reports and cost documents.
• Use CMiC and Bluebeam to support field reporting and productivity tracking.
• Attend jobsite coordination meetings.
