Job summary

STV is seeking an enthusiastic Construction Management Intern to join our team. The internship offers opportunities for undergraduate and graduate-level candidates to work with our experienced team, learn, and contribute to meaningful projects.

Qualifications

Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in construction, project management, or similar program.
Knowledge of safety standards and procedures in construction.
Familiarity with AutoCAD, Revit, or other design software; basic scheduling software knowledge.

Responsibilities

Assist with daily, on-site oversight of construction activities and document project progress.
Observe contractor work and identify potential quality issues or deviations from plans.
Document contractor QC/QA inspections and monitor compliance with specs and safety procedures.
Review plans to understand project requirements and identify potential construction issues.
Coordinate with contractors to track schedule and upcoming activities.
Maintain daily reports, inspection records, and project documentation.
