Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in construction, project management, or a related program.
• Knowledge of safety standards and procedures in construction.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily on-site oversight of construction activities and document progress.
• Conduct on-site observations to identify quality issues or deviations from plans.
• Observe contractor work and document QC/QA inspections.
• Monitor contractor compliance with plans, specifications and safety procedures.
• Review plans to understand project requirements and identify construction issues.
• Assist in determining changes based on field conditions.
• Coordinate with contractors to track schedule and upcoming activities.
• Maintain daily reports, inspection records, and project documentation.
• Attend weekly project meetings and document updates and action items.
