Job summary

Rite Rug, a long‑standing flooring company, is seeking a motivated Field Representative to work outside the office. You will inspect homes and projects before, during, and after installations, verify readiness, monitor installers, and ensure all tasks are completed. You will field measure and review work orders to ensure material quantities are correct. This role requires a high school diploma and a valid driver’s license, with mileage covered under an agreement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Flooring installation experience is a plus.
• Construction experience is helpful.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Must have a reliable vehicle to travel to job sites.
• Must pass a drug test and be subject to random testing.

Responsibilities

• Inspect homes and projects before, during and after installations.
• Check job readiness and supervise installers to ensure completion.
• Field measure and verify materials are correct for each job.
• Communicate with customers and project managers daily.
• Coordinate and prioritize daily schedule and travel between sites.
