Job summary

Rite Rug in Manhattan, KS seeks a motivated Field Representative who works outside the office to inspect homes and projects before, during, and after installations. You will ensure correct quantities and materials, communicate with customers, and drive between sites.

This role requires a HS diploma, a valid driver's license, a reliable vehicle, and the ability to pass a drug test. Flooring installation experience is a plus, with a mileage agreement offered.

Qualifications

• Have earned a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Flooring installation experience a plus; construction experience helpful.
• Commitment to safety in all work practices.
• Ability to work independently and solve problems.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize duties.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and insurance.
• Must have a reliable vehicle to travel to job sites.
• Must be a good communicator.
• Must pass drug test and subject to random testing.

Responsibilities

• Inspect homes and projects before, during, and after installations.
• Field measure and check work orders for material quantities.
• Communicate with customers and project managers daily.
• Drive from jobsite to jobsite and plan each day.
• Schedule work efficiently and determine installation methods.
• Ensure jobs are completed to customer satisfaction and address questions or complaints.
• Handle material pickups and deliveries as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
