Job summary

Rite Rug is seeking a motivated Field Representative to work outside of the office, inspecting homes and projects before, during and after installations. You will verify readiness, check installers, measure fields, and ensure proper materials are ordered to cover installations.

The position requires driving between jobs, strong communication, and the ability to prioritize tasks. Salary ranges from $50,000 to $55,000 with mileage support and experience-based adjustments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Flooring installation experience is a plus; construction experience is helpful.
• Valid driver’s license, insurance, and a reliable vehicle are required.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers and project managers daily.
• Drive from jobsite to jobsite and plan each day.
• Schedule work efficiently and prioritize duties.
• Determine best methods of installations and repairs.
• Ensure installations meet customer satisfaction.
• Respond to questions or complaints regarding installations.
• Pickup and deliver materials as necessary.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
