Job summary

Rite Rug Co. is seeking a motivated Builder Field Representative to work outside the office, inspecting homes and projects, ensuring readiness and quality of installations.

You will field measure, check work orders, and confirm material quantities and coverage for installations, while coordinating with customers and project managers. The role emphasizes daily site travel, accurate communication, safety, and dependable vehicle use.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Flooring installation experience is a plus; construction experience is helpful.
• Must demonstrate safety commitment and strong communication skills.
• Must be able to work independently, multi-task, and prioritize duties.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, and a valid license with insurance.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers and project managers daily.
• Drive between job sites, plan and prioritize daily routes.
• Schedule work efficiently and determine installation methods.
• Ensure work is completed to customer satisfaction.
• Address complaints or questions about installations.
• Pickup and deliver materials as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
