Job summary

Rite Rug Co is seeking a motivated Field Representative to work outside the office, inspecting homes and projects before, during, and after installations. You will measure, verify orders, and ensure materials cover all installation areas.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or equivalent, valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and comfort communicating with customers and project managers. Drug test may be required and dependability is essential.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Flooring installation experience is a plus; construction experience helps.
• Strong safety mindset and ability to work independently.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills; reliable and punctual.

Responsibilities

• Inspect homes and projects before, during, and after installations.
• Field measure and check work orders for material quantities.
• Communicate with customers and project managers daily.
• Drive between job sites; plan and prioritize daily routes.
• Schedule work efficiently and determine installation methods.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and address questions or concerns.
