Requirements

• Active real estate license.
• Experience in real estate transactions (traditional sales, iBuying, or transaction coordination preferred).
• Ability to complete assigned field tasks on time and with attention to detail.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple listings, and diligent documentation.
• Strong technical skills: Salesforce or a similar CRM, G‑Suite, Slack, macOS, and the ability to work in multiple systems simultaneously.
• Reliable transportation for property‑related tasks such as Home Check‑Ins and Lockbox Installs.
• Access to a smartphone and computer for task completion, documentation, and communication.

Compensation

As a Field Flex Agent, you will be compensated per completed task. Tasks include property walk‑throughs, weekly property checks, home visits, vendor meetings, and contract‑to‑close tasks.

Additional Earning Opportunities

Personal transactions – Agents assisting their own buyers and sellers will retain 90% of the paid commission, with 10% allocated to Mainstay for licensing and administrative costs.
