Job summary

Total Safety U.S. Inc. is seeking a Fire Technician to join our safety-focused team. You will provide service, inspection, testing, maintenance, and repair for a wide range of fire protection equipment at customer sites, with travel as needed.

Responsibilities include completing all inspection and repair documentation, pre/post-job briefs, and ensuring compliance with NFPA, OSHA, and Coast Guard standards. A valid driver's license, ability to travel, and readiness for on-site work are essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED plus at least one year in fire protection, petrochemical, or related field.
• Associate degree or technical/military training strongly preferred.
• Must pass safety trainings (OSHA 10, etc.) and obtain TWIC as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide service, inspection, testing, maintenance, and repair for fire equipment at customer sites.
• Complete all inspection/repair documentation and obtain customer signatures for invoicing.
• Conduct pre-job, job update, and post-job briefs; assist with loading and staging orders.
• Operate and test electronic safety equipment and report deficiencies per regulations.
