Johnson Controls is a global leader in building systems and fire safety. The Fire Alarm Inspector II role performs inspections, testing, service, and preventative maintenance of life safety products at customer sites, ensuring systems are dependable and well documented.

In this field-based position, you will carry equipment up to 70 lbs, work at heights, and collaborate with customers and teammates to meet schedules.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years installation or service experience in testing and inspecting fire alarm equipment.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Ability to obtain NICET I within 1 year of employment.

Responsabilités

• Inspect and test fire alarm systems for existing and new sites.
• Perform routine service and preventative maintenance on life safety product lines.
• Document inspections and service activities accurately.
• Follow safety policies and meet assigned schedules and customer needs.
