BluePearl Pet Hospital in Lafayette, CO is seeking a Field Financial Coordinator to manage revenue and accounting for the hospital, ensuring accurate financial transactions and supporting the hospital's financial health.

The role requires an Associate’s degree and at least 2 years of experience in a financial discipline, on-site 5 days a week, with a 7am-3pm schedule. Compensation is $26-$32 per hour with full benefits.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accounts receivable, billing, and collections for the assigned hospital.
• Report, process discounts, close open invoices, and manage third‑party relationships with AR team.
• Support end-of-day and end-of-month processes and PCI compliance procedures.
• Identify charge capture trends and advise on loss mitigation and charging guidelines.
• Assist in financial audits as directed by hospital leadership.
• Support Client Service Team with elevated client financial issues and policy guidance.
• Partner with hospital teams to improve revenue collection workflows.
• Ensure all financial transactions comply with policies and regulations.

BluePearl Pet Hospital is looking for a Field Financial Coordinator to support our hospital in Lafayette, CO!

Requirements

Must live in commutable distance to Lafayette and be willing to work on-site 5 days a week. Must have Veterinary Medicine experience.

Schedule

7am-3pm Monday-Friday

Pay range

$26 - $32 / hour

The Field Financial Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the revenue management of the assigned hospitals by ensuring accurate and timely financial transactions and supporting the hospital’s overall financial health.

As a Field Financial Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

• Manages accounts receivable, billings, and collections for assigned hospital(s) including but not limited to reporting, discount processing, closing open invoices, and managing third‑party relationships, in partnership with Accounts Receivable team.
• Manages Associate invoice charge capture, discounts, and accounts receivable.
• Supports hospital teams with end-of-day and end-of-month processes and reports, including auditing daily deposit reports and PCI compliance procedures.
• Utilizes tools and reports to identify charge capture trends and provide feedback on loss mitigation tactics and organizational charging guidelines.
• Assists in financial audits at the direction of hospital leadership.
• Supports Client Service Team with elevated client financial issues, providing guidance on communications, pricing, and payment policies through a patient-centric approach.
• Partners with hospital team, field leaders, and other support departments to improve revenue collection workflows.
• Ensures all hospital financial transactions comply with hospital and organizational policies and regulations.
• Other job duties as assigned.

Education and Experience

• Associate’s degree in related field, or the equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• 2+ years relevant experience within financial discipline required.
