Samaritan's Purse is seeking a Field Finance Coordinator for the U.S. Rebuild team in Harrison County, West Virginia. The role will handle daily financial transactions, vendor setup, and invoice processing to support ongoing rebuild activities.

Qualified candidates typically hold an Associate's degree with 1–2 years of related experience, and possess basic accounting and budgeting skills. This full-time position spans a 1–2 year project timeline and offers a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• General knowledge of basic accounting concepts, including budgeting and proper coding.
• General knowledge of mathematical concepts, including the ability to calculate discounts, interest, proportions, and percentages.

Responsibilities

• Enter daily purchasing card and petty cash transactions; submit monthly import sheets for the site.
• Review P-Card usage reports and provide day-to-day receipt reconciliation.
• Collect and submit vendor forms and W-9 for new vendor setup.
• Coordinate with vendors, initiate invoice payments per policies, and complete processing.
• Ensure invoices and P-Card purchases are coded for expense tracking.
• Other duties as assigned.
