Job summary

Samaritan's Purse in Harrison County, West Virginia, seeks a Logistics Coordinator to support the U.S. Rebuild team. The role involves coordinating materials, liaising with suppliers and subcontractors, and ensuring timely delivery to the project site.

Responsibilities

• Procure materials, supplies, and equipment; assist with delivery to site and tool check-in/check-out.
• Support overall project logistics and related duties as assigned.

We are seeking a Logistics Coordinator to join our U.S. Rebuild team in Harrison County, WV. Through humanitarian work, the goal and purpose of Samaritan's Purse are to help people in Jesus' name and share the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

In the role of Logistics Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to:

• Maintain a personal, active relationship with Jesus Christ and is a consistent witness for Jesus Christ
• Liaises with local building suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Identifies work orders and communicates those to the Project Superintendent.
• Coordinates material needs with Construction Foremen, Construction Workers, and Project Superintendent.
• Procures necessary materials, supplies, and equipment. Assists with delivery to project site and with check-in and check-out of tools/equipment.
• Other duties as assigned

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and one (1) to three (3) months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
