Job summary

Samaritan's Purse is seeking an Office Manager for the U.S. Rebuild team in Harrison County, West Virginia. You will greet volunteers, manage staff and volunteer records, and support homeowners while ensuring accurate timesheets and documentation. Collaboration with the Project Superintendent will produce weekly and monthly progress reports.

The role emphasizes faith-based service, attention to detail, and reliable coordination to support rebuilding efforts over a 1-2 year project timeline.

Qualifications

• One-year certificate from college or technical school and one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Thorough knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a personal, active relationship with Jesus Christ and be a consistent witness for Jesus Christ.
• Be the first friendly face our volunteer teams see; greet, assist, and guide them upon arrival, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed with a smile.
• Manage crucial information for staff and volunteers; handle timesheets and volunteer documentation, ensuring accurate hours.
• Provide essential support to homeowners, making their experience smooth.
• Collaborate with the Project Superintendent to review and prepare engaging weekly and monthly reports highlighting milestones.
• Other duties as assigned
