Buckeye Partners L.P. is seeking a Field Business Associate to provide financial and business support to the South Texas Asset Team. You will manage expense tracking, budgeting, forecasting, and variance reporting to enable sound business decisions.

Responsibilities include invoicing, accruals, cost analysis, and coordinating budget updates with budget owners. Strong Excel proficiency and experience with Oracle JDE, OneStream, Insight, and Open Invoice are valued.

Formación

• 2+ years in business analysis, accounting, bookkeeping or related roles.
• Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, finance, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.

Responsabilidades

• Expense Management & Financial Reporting: oversee invoicing, accruals, and variance reporting for the South Texas Asset Team.
• Budgeting & Forecasting: lead annual operating budget and ongoing budget updates with multiple line items totaling over $65M.
• General Business Support: respond to internal data requests and provide Finance support as needed; support inventory tracking and contract tasks.
