• Ability to work in various weather conditions and lift up to 80 lbs.
• Comfortable in aerial environments, climbing ladders up to 32ft.
• Ability to enter and operate a bucket truck.

Responsibilities

• Perform independent fiber-to-the-home installations.
• Repair residential and business VoIP services.
• Diagnose and resolve customer connectivity issues.
• Provide excellent in-home customer experience.
• Operate a bucket truck for aerial work.
