Job summary

United Site Services, Inc. is seeking a Fence Technician to safely transport, install, and remove temporary fencing at customer job sites in Austin, TX.

You will operate company vehicles and tools in accordance with safety standards while delivering high-quality service and supporting onboarding of new team members. You will coordinate with the Fence Helper, inspect equipment and work sites, and document daily production data for management review.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of commercial driving experience.
• Valid CDL Class C license.
• Excellent time management, customer service and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision‑making skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Operate fence vehicle to and from pre-designated work sites.
• Unload all fence materials and install fence panels at work site in accordance with pre-determined specifications.
• Coordinate workload and assist Fence Helpers; inspect work progress and safety compliance.
• Meet with site superintendent to confirm work order and maintain contact for changes.
• Record daily production and operational data and report to Fence Manager.
