Responsibilities

• Run 4–6 pre-booked appointments per day across the metro area
• Measure properties accurately and identify scope
• Build quotes on-site using pricing tools (laptop/tablet)
• Educate homeowners on materials, styles, and install process
• Follow up with prospects until they decide
• Hand off signed projects to the project manager with clean notes
• Hit a monthly closing target — training provided
