Job summary

Sun Holdings is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician to support multiple restaurant locations across our casual dining brands. You’ll handle HVAC, lighting, plumbing, and general facility upkeep, respond quickly to urgent requests, and document work performed for transparency.

This field-based role requires 3+ years hands-on maintenance, a valid driver’s license, and willingness to travel up to 90% with mileage reimbursement or a company vehicle.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on maintenance experience in fast-moving environments
• Strong skills in diagnosing and repairing HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general facility systems
• Proficient with hand tools and power tools
• Excellent time management and ability to juggle multiple tasks
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Bonus: Bilingual (Spanish/English) helps support diverse locations

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day maintenance and repairs across multiple restaurant locations (HVAC, lighting, plumbing, general upkeep)
• Respond promptly to urgent service requests to minimize disruptions
• Document all work (time on site, parts used) for transparency
• Coordinate with vendors, restaurant managers, and project teams to support openings, installs, and remodels
• Frequent travel within the region (up to 90%) with mileage reimbursement or company vehicle
