Sun Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician to keep our restaurant locations safe, functional, and running smoothly. You’ll troubleshoot HVAC and kitchen equipment, perform repairs, and support remodels across multiple casual dining brands.

This fast-paced, field-based role requires independence and a hands-on approach. Expect regional travel up to 90% with mileage reimbursement or a company vehicle.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on maintenance experience.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bonus: trade certifications (EPA/HVAC) and bilingual Spanish/English.

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day maintenance and repairs across multiple restaurant locations, including HVAC, lighting, plumbing, and general facility upkeep.
• Respond promptly to urgent service requests to minimize disruptions and document time on site and parts used.
• Collaborate with vendors, restaurant managers, and project teams to support openings, equipment installs, and remodels.
