Job summary

MACU is seeking a facilities maintenance professional to oversee the care of 100,000–150,000 SF of corporate space across Southern Utah and Nevada, performing routine maintenance and minor repairs. The role reports to Facilities Leadership and requires adaptability to shifting branch locations.

Qualifications

• Requires formal training and work experience in facilities maintenance.
• Maintains 100,000–150,000 SF of corporate office space across multiple branches.
• Adheres to ADA, OSHA and SDS regulations.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and perform routine preventative maintenance and minor repairs.
• Manage vendors and subcontractors for maintenance at assigned locations.
• Monitor and troubleshoot building systems (HVAC, electrical, lighting) and report issues to leadership.
• Assist with budgeting, capital projects and timely completion of approved work.
• Support branch openings and attend key construction meetings.
