Palm Beach Tan is seeking a Facilities Technician to support maintenance across stores in the Salt Lake City area. You will start from home and travel to locations as needed, handling repairs, booth maintenance, and carpentry tasks.

The role requires a solid maintenance background, ability to manage multiple projects, and willingness to work nights, weekends, and overtime as needed. A valid driver's license and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 2 years experience with maintenance and construction required.
• Basic understanding of building maintenance systems.
• Ability to manage multiple projects.
• Ability to work independently and provide good customer service.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and some overtime as needed.
• Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Project).

Responsibilities

• Provide general maintenance to store locations in the Salt Lake City area.
• Repair minor plumbing, light ballasts, door knobs, etc.
• Maintain tanning booths and UV free spray booths (training provided).
• Perform general carpentry such as sheetrock repair and painting.
• Communicate with store management, staff, and vendors.
