Job summary

Mountain America Credit Union seeks a Facilities Technician responsible for maintaining 100,000–150,000 SF across corporate offices and multiple branches in Southern Utah and Nevada. You will supervise routine maintenance, coordinate with vendors, manage small projects, and ensure ADA/OSHA compliance.

The role requires at least 2 years in facilities maintenance, a high school diploma, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• Typically requires minimum of 2 years of directly related experience.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record; IFMA/FMP or equivalents preferred.
• Experience in facility maintenance and procurement processes.

Responsibilities

• Maintain approx. 100,000–150,000 SF of corporate office space and 10–15 branches.
• Schedule and perform routine preventative maintenance, minor repairs and cleaning.
• Identify budgetary needs, collect bids/costs, and assist with Capital Projects Budget.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers; report results and issues to Facilities Leadership.
• Ensure compliance with ADA, OSHA and SDS; adapt to changing priorities.
