Job summary

Chamberlain University in Cincinnati is seeking a Clinical Coordination Specialist to support students' field experiences by coordinating partnerships with clinical sites, managing contracts, and ensuring compliant, timely scheduling in partnership with faculty and program leaders.

You will cultivate strong relationships with agency partners, monitor inventory, and extract data for reporting while upholding Chamberlain Care by delivering proactive, clear communication to stakeholders nationwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education/experience preferred.
• 3+ years of business development and/or relationship management experience required.
• Problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation, communication and Microsoft Office Suite skills.

Responsibilities

• Researches and manages relationships with agency sites for student field experiences and partner evaluation.
• Oversees clinical affiliation agreements by obtaining contract signatures and managing renewals/terminations.
• Manages relationships with existing partners to ensure student and site satisfaction.
• Acts as first point of contact for faculty, students and partners regarding field experiences and escalates issues as needed.
• Coordinates and attends events such as the Clinical Partner Summit and consortium meetings.
